site maintained and operated by MNB, MNB is committed to assisting
you in this regard. To that end, this policy explains what
information is collected by MNB from visitors to the Site
and how that information may be used by MNB.

and other human resources activities in order to transmit

third parties on behalf of the employer and benefits plan
administrator. Such information is only transferred with the
prior authorization of the employer or benefits plan administrator.

MNB will use reasonable precautions to protect from misuse
any information that MNB collects from you through the Site.
However, MNB does not guaranty that any such information will
not be misused or disclosed to third parties, and MNB will
not have any liability to you for any such misuse or disclosure.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of
information by MNB as set forth in this Policy. If MNB decides
to change this Policy, which it may do at any time without
notice to you, MNB will post those changes on this page. By
continuing to use the Site after MNB has posted the changes,
